Final score time!
And our winner is....
Steve! Congrats to him; it was a strong finish to the season. Steve gets to hold onto to the Oxfisc egg cup for the next year.

30 Jun
What's new? I added a "current average" score to the dashboard - we can see how we're doing against our pars. And the bad news is that only Jonny is managing to improve his par so far this year! And he's still wayyyy ahead. Although Steve's going through a purple patch and could easily catch up. C'mon Steve!

13 June update
We've nearly got all players with a full set of scores - just myself (Andy), Neal and Steve need to get out and play a little before we're complete. Jonny's still steaming ahead, but it's mid-summer, we have the rest of the Summer to catch him up (didn't we say that last year?)

We're off!
We have started the 2008 summer league. Same rules as last year:
I can tell you that Jonny is already on fire once again....
- Every round you play in SP or HH throughout British Summer time counts.
- Your top 5 scores in each park count to your final Summer League score.
- Any rounds played on a Sunday or Wednesday are eligible.
- There must be at least two Summer League players in a round for it to count.
- Get the scores to Andy
I can tell you that Jonny is already on fire once again....

It's 2008
A new year begins, and at some stage, I will think about the next running of the summer league.
As always, we will start when the clocks change in late Spring.
There are sure to be some other changes but watch this space and let me know if you think of anything.
Otherwise, happy new year and keep on golfing through the winter!
